Quinn's spent the whole day looking at online prom sites, because this town isn't cool enough to have any decent stores, and she would kill to have a Mall of the Millennium around. She's found stuff for herself ~~even though that guy didn't set her up yet like he said he would~~, but she keeps looking because it's fun, and because she's already playing dress-up in her head.

Anyway, I spent most of today looking at prom dress sites. Anyone who may be still looking for homecoming couteur can reply to this, let Quinn know what you have in mind, and she will try to hook you up.)

Oh my God. I didn't think anyone at this school had readily available cash. I thought I was going to have to put everyone on the installment plan, like they thought dresses just fell free off trees, which they might in some weird Twilight Zone town, but I doubt they're the kind of dresses you'd want to wear.

Oh, I have cash. Like my parents would have let me leave home without it? And I'd rather pay you now for it all instead of going on an installment plan, so hold on and I'll get it, okay?

*Joan whirls and runs off, only to return a few minutes later* Here. *she shoves some cash into Quinn's hands.*

Thank you! My mom's going to have a heart attack when she sees the credit card bill, but I figure I'm doing everyone a service, and this *holds up cash* means she won't be on bedrest quite as long. *giggles*

*laughs* If she's anything like my mom when it comes to money, you're still in trouble. But probably not quite as much as you'd be otherwise...

I have my ways of dealing with them. Especially since I don't think they want to chance me getting a job again.

What's wrong with having a job? Besides the fact that it sucks up all your time and you don't even get that much money for it?
